Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and is a vital component of connective tissue, hair, skin, nails, and bones.
From a macronutrient perspective collagen can provide histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, and valine and therefore only lacks tryptophan as the final essential amino acid.

How to use

Dose: Adult: 11g (1 level tablespoon) with 200ml water daily.
